What is a PALAD Rising Leader?
A PALAD Rising Leader is someone who wants to take action and empower their community. The mission of Rising Leaders is to increase civic engagement and political participation of youth and young adults within and beyond our Filipino American community.
Who can become a Rising Leader?
All high school students, undergraduate students, and community members ages
15-35 interested in civic engagement and community outreach are encouraged to apply.
